Human and ass milk was found to have lowest quality of amino acids than all species. Among the different breedsof cows whose milk proteins have been examined for 9.9 cosntent Tharparkar herd milk was found to be rich in histidine, lysine, arginine, and threonine than milk of all the other breeds. The amino acid content of colostrum was much higher than the milk and showed a sharp decline within 24 hours.
